I just finished the Mortal Instruments series, and they have immediately hit the mark on my top ten list of favorite books. They were hard to put down, and I’m unhappy that I finished the series. Are their any books that are as addicting as these, perhaps in the same genre? (Science Fiction, Fantasy, Drama, Romance, Action/Adventure, etc.)

Where do I start with bourne shell program?
I have to make an address book using bourne shell that will search for a name or address and edit or add an entry. I’m suppose to have options of -s to search, -a to add, -e to edit. Could someone give me an example of how I should code the -a, -n, -e part. I tried searching on the internet but can’t find anything.
I am looking to publish a teen fiction novel. Does anyone have any advice for a good publisher?
If you have written a poem on poetry.com you need to read this?
Did you know they use your poems, to sell books. I am not talking about the books that publish your poems in it that they try to sale to you, with your work in it…But key words in your poem are underlined, and when you click on it, it sends you to places like Amazon.com. all these online book stores. Your poems are being used as advertizement to sale other books on other links. I had not given anyone permission to use my poem as a marketing scheme.Do they have the rights to use our work , as a link for other companies, There is nothing in the guide lines that say so.

Good chapter books for those between the ages of 7 and 9??
My little sisters’ birthdays are coming up, they are only two weeks apart. They LOVE to read (but are too young for Harry Potter). The older one likes mysteries like Nancy Drew, and the younger one likes more or less “reality” and historical books about kids her age.
Can anyone recommend a good, interesting book for a 17 year old?
I like fiction, mostly, especially books where people travel and have amazing new experiences. Plus, I’m looking for some engaging classics, that would actually make me think cause I’m taking AP Literature next year. Thanks! Thanks for all the answers so far, but: -Yeah, I’ve read Twilight, love it! -And I looove Harry Potter, it is so not lame ;]
How do i write a long 3-5 page book review?
I have already read the book i want to use (it had to be non-fiction) I’m not sure wha tto put in it and I’m confused whether to use I or me in it??? Oh I’m in college, my senior year. I’m completing a portfolio, I’m pretty beat from the first 40 pages I already had to write and I’m looking more for a syllabus I have to follow, not remarks about my intelligence thank you. Oh and Gwen, just so you know, a book review is usually about 250 words, that’s all. Have you ever written a book review before? and if not please don’t comment to my page unless you have useful information.
