is it a modern book? for my book report, i have to read a modern book but my teacher said it could basically be anything we want, like coming of age, historical fiction, mystery, anything like that. she has to approve the book and i need to know what genre it is. yeah i asked it before but i forgot to say that i need it to be modern.

what is the name of a children’s science fiction chapter book about a young boy/girl who is friends with a talking bird (parrot?). They travel to a distant planet and either save that planet or escape from it somehow. The words Time and dream come to mind.

Ok, since the end of August, I’ve been the website owner/admin if www.cuffanfictions.com As you can tell by the title, I want a fan fiction site, no not just that, I want to build a grand fan fiction site, like fanfiction.net, or the site I use to belong to before it closed down *watery eyes* Fanlib.com . (I will always miss that fantastic site!) I’ve used efiction.com, which is great, especially since it’s free, but that’s for people who aren’t looking for a huge community for people who like not only writing, but posting (art, videos, media, etc.) With the efiction, they don’t have a forum for the site, which is very important for a big community. After having Efiction for a few weeks, I switched over to ‘word press’ blogging software, and it seems at first it would be good, since there are thousands of plug-ins you can use for it, but it posts everything on the homepage! all out in a large lay out. That isn’t what I need at all. And I can’t find a plug-in to get a personal forum for my site. I actually asked a fanlib Admin about a month before it closed, what programs they used for it but they said that it was all personally designed. He did though, give the efiction.org address to me. Since that isn’t working out, and I haven’t been able to directly ask another fan fiction admin about how I can get software for my website, does anyone else know of any? Help will be much obliged, thank you.
