SOON

Product Description “Soon” is a psychological thriller; a story of heroes, monsters, the people who become victims and those who are a combination of all three characteristics. It is a tale that confirms we are never really in control of our lives. Yet it is our decisions meeting whatever has been placed in our time that dictate the quality of who and what we are. R&P Darth Maul Wants To Know…Where’s The Mystery?

A Big part of the resons I can’t get into too many modern bands is the utter and absolute lack of mystery, imagination and esoteric subject metter in their lyrics 15 20 25 years ago there used to be a plethora of bands writing lyrics about everything from mythology to UFO’s to historical Events and everything in between. Seems like all the Bands from the past several years have been interested in is writing lyrics from their Personal Lives To me, this makes the music less important, less enjoyable, and a lot more average and limited in scope Has anyone else noticed this? Does anyone else think this banality of lyrics is part of the problem with Modern Music? This question was partially inspired by an earlier question from Relaxed http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=AnlOHDCeTqdeoBnDAL86lg6v.Bd.;_ylv=3?qid=20080116101030AAg8Jfq Thanks for the inspiration Relaxed Nope Snowman Should I? And does he write esoteric lyrics? Thanks Sookie I, of course, agree Great Answer Rckets You are right of course about personal attitudes and feelings playing a part in it I am a World Class Dreamer witha wide and vivid imagination I’m sure that has something to do with the reason I miss the dark and complex imagery of bands like BOC & Sabbath SJG See for me..I have had a lot of terrible events in My life and to Me Music is an escape If I want to suffer through the pain of a screaming argument with a loved one..I’ll just go do it. I don’t want to listen to a song about it. And that Rollins obsercation was a great one Hi Silver Superb Point You just made Mike I SWEAR You are a RIOT!!!! Can anyone help me with the title of a Juvenile Time Travel Fiction Series?

I remember bits and pieces about this series of books that I read back in middle school. It starts out with this girl riding her bike to an old house in town that is going to be torn down. She is wearing a white dress (she makes a big deal out of this). She goes inside the house (she doesn’t want it to be torn down) and she travels back in time to the 1800′s. Long story short, she falls in love with the son of the family that lives in the house. Throughout the series there are multiple time travel incidents, such as the daughter of the family from the 1800′s traveling to the late 1980′s/early 1990′s when the story takes place in the present. If I remember correctly, the daughter from the 1800′s name starts with a “D” and the boy from the 1800′s name starts with an “S”. That’s really all I remember. If anybody can give me a title for this books series, I’d greatly appreciate it! Thank you!

name for a sales book launching soon?

I’ve written a sales book on how to generate and close sales without the need to cold call. It is a business book. Does anybody have any good ideas you would call such a book? I used to sell the content as a service to clients but have put it into a book marketed towards individual sales people who are sick and tired of cold calling who want an easier way to create leads, manage sales and close more sales Thanks in advance Dan

10-Points- ellipses and/or dashes in a book?

Your thoughts about using ellipses and/or dashes in a book? Okay, I have a doubt, so please listen good my question first because it’s difficult to me to express it. You have a science-fiction book totally full of suspense, surprises, discoveries, pauses and hesitations. Cool, now I was told that “publishers/editors/agents have a pretty low tolerance for ellipses.” and the example explained to me was: First person: “It is so weird. It can be a–” Second person: “Can be what? What is it?” The first person again: “A storm or tornado.” ===== Okay, no problem. I understood his answer here. But, I noted that in the third dialogue (“A storm or tornado.”) there is not a continuation dash (single – or double –) from the person that hesitated first. Right? Your thoughts? ================== ================== I still don’t have the book he told me to study, so here my other questions. ================== ================== According Wikipedia, the dash are the en dash (–) and the em dash (—). I can not reproduce them with my keyboard. I have confusion with that. My keyboard only produces one dash – using just a single enter key, not two dashes. So, that means that are really TWO “short” dashes ( –” ) or “two clicks” to indicate it, no one ( – )? Close I am, but I must ask it. So I have to use two dashes ALWAYS when the first speaker is interrupted and avoid using so much ellipses? Therefore, by example, I can find in a book 500 pauses of dialogue, where 300 of them can be double dashes — and 200 may be ellipses … Your opinion. Thanks you.
